Yes, you are right. I'm sorry. Trying to repair the filesystem booting from a cd I found crc errors, so, I think that is hardware problem. After the memtest86 confirm that. Maybe it could be a good idea to put in someplace that when apt or dpkg fails with this kind of problem, there are some real options that it's a hardware problem.
