Add me to the aptcvs group

Hello,

I am the maintainer of the French translation of apt/po/fr.po. I need to
update this file, but since the pserver access is down, I cannot update
and improve the translation that I maintain.

I would like to know whether it is possible to add me the the aptcvs ?
