I am writing a service application which must connect to an Access database stored in the same folder as the executable file. I have installed the service, and coded it so that if it cannot connect to the database, it will fail to start. If I try to start the service, it fails. The error message logged is "Unspecified error," but I tried setting the logon account for the service to administrator rather than LocalSystem, and then the service works. System has full control of the database file. What do I need to do to fix this problem?
