JEDI's installer comes under the same open-source license as the product
itself. You're free to adapt it to your own needs.

You should also take a look at what Jim Kueneman has produced using Inno
Setup:

Obviously, the people who wrote the JEDI and Indy installers have done
it. You might try asking for advice on the jedi.general newsgroup on
forums.talkto.net, where the folks who worked on JEDI's installers are
sure to see your questions.
