I suggest you have a look at the OfficePartner package available from www.sourceforge.net <http://www.sourceforge.net/> this package include all the MS Office components you need. Many Thanks Ed. Delphi includes a MAPI unit that is fairly self-explanatory. This unit is a call level interface to MAPI (Microsoft's Messaging API), which is what Outlook and a lot of other e-mail clients use. Take a look at it and come back to the list with any specific difficulties you might have.
