Have in your mind that when you're making some that is browser-based
you have a bunch of limitations, it's not the same as making a program
in delphi...

You should have made this question in a html group, anyway you can't
make any filter on the "opendialog" to show just ".htm" files nor set
the value of the input (input.value = "c:\\a.txt"), cause it would be
a security flaw.
