If you didn't copy any bpl's to the test machine, you should have gotten errors on ALL of the packages in the "Build with runtime packages" list. If you had Delphi on the test machine before, that would explain the error on LMD only. You probably didn't have that component package installed in Delphi and the bpl's never got copied over.
