Well...
Right now I'm on a Win 2000 machine and I can not check it, but it's
very simple to do so...
Just go to control panel and change your location to some country, let's
say Nepal, and then go to windows registry and search for the word Nepal,
you should find 2-3 matches (phone code, time zone probably) and the
location key you were looking for.
To double check go back to control panel and change your location from
Nepal to Tanzania and see if it changed back in the registry.

Panel\International\sCountry or HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control
Panel\International\sCountry doesnt change if I change the Location
using: Control Panel -> Regional and Language Options -> First Tab ->
Location.
How do I change the country so that sCountry gets updated?
