Hi Denis! -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Denis Dupere
Is it possible to develop Windows CE applications with Delphi 7? If it is, do I need a special set of components? >>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Alas, no. Windows CE is designed for a different CPU chip and therefore is not compatible with Windows for the Intel/AMD processor. Therefore, Delphi will never be able to create software for Win CE. Java does have a WinCE solution and I believe Jbuilder will compile on WinCE machines. Personally, I have had good luck with NSBasic which uses a visual basic like SDE and basic commands to write for Palm and WinCE environments. Hope this helps! Tom Nesler Live long!...
