I have the Ray Konopka book, and it was very useful though the book came out 7 yrs ago. I was thinking about the Danny Thrope book but the prices for them are steep ($75+ usd). At least with the Konopka book it was quite reasonable in pdf ($20).
They only reason I havent gotten the Thrope book is because of the price. Were you able to find a cheaper source?
