Umm, I think they renamed themselves - there was no merger that I'm aware 
of... The whole rename thing didn't work out well, so they eventually

<minor rant>I must admit I've also started becoming severely frustrated in 
certain respects.  And yes, apart from some old bugs sometimes not being 
fixed, it also frustrates me that Borland don't seem to release service 
packs for older products when they do produce fixes - they only seem to ever 
release patches and fixes for the "current" version of Delphi.  This means 
that you are often stuck with an older slightly buggy version (perhaps 
patched by yourself in some of the VCL sources) or the option to upgrade. 
If only Borland has been doing some of the things with Object Pascal that 
RemObjects have done with it in "Chrome"...  Visual Studio is also growing 
in appeal to me... But anyway.  Never mind eh? </minor rant>
