Hi Ann, this is "by design". The Text following the "|" - char is used to separate a short and a long hint-text. Have a look into Delphi's help (onhint is a good hint ;-) Have fun Bob > Hi, > Is anyone knows about how to shows the symbol of "|" in hint.
