I agree with members who have complained to the list about these
job adverts.  Delphinet is just about dead now and one of the
reasons is that it was abused.  Please don't let the same 
happen to Delphi-en!   Members will leave if too much rubbish 
is allowed in.

Member Prabhu Santhanam has posted *no* questions/answers to
delphi-en, only this series of job adverts, the same repeated.
Either he should be unsubscribed or he should be warned about
the rules of the list.

I agree:  This one keeps on coming over and aver again, on several 
Delphi groups.  What is more, from experience of other groups, I find 
once spam starts, if it is not stopped it may well grow until it 
swamps the group, and members abandon the group.  Eventually the 
group contains nothing but spam.  Group owners or moderators really 
need to take this seriously.
