No offense but that is the most convoluted use of a
page control I have ever heard. Why don't you just let
them use the tabs to select whatever page they want to
display? If the tabs are hidden then put the radio
button outside of the page control (like on a panel
above the page control). This is so non-intuitive that
I can imagine all kinds of extraenous behavior would
ensue.
