hi Bobby, I have tried this with Thunderbird and did not face a problem. I however did not have outlook (express or normal) on the machine. The same code worked for me with Netscape, Mozilla and Thunderbird. In my experience whenever you use any M$ mail product (outlook) and switch back to Mozilla etc. the system always croaks. What I do is change the mail settings and then restart the machine before trying the SendMapiMail function in my code.
Hope this would be of help to you. Warm regards, RP Bobby Clarke wrote: >Thanks, David > > >Thunderbird supports only SendMapiMail.
