Hi All, I have a Delphi 7 app connecting to Oracle 8i presently using the BDE based components. I am supposed to upgrade the database to Oracle 10g. After quite some search and analysis, "Oracle direct" seems to be the only alternate solution, since BDE is not supporting Oracle 10g. Borland wants to stop further evolution of BDE, so I am told. Can any one out there tell me your experiences of connecting to Oracle and any alternates to BDE..? Thanks much, - Srikanth
