According to the Borland site, Win32 D2006 has operator overloading. Depending on which operators can be overloaded, that would be very, very useful to me.
Here's the link showing what appears to me to be a contradiction in Borland's propaganda: http://www.borland.com/resources/en/pdf/products/delphi/bds2006_feature_matrix.pdf If you scroll down to p. 2, "Language Features", the announcement says: "New for Delphi Win32! Operator overloading". But if you look over to the right-hand column that gives the codes for which languages the operator overloading is supported in, the codes say "D #". The legend on p. 1 says that D = Delphi for .Net, and # = C# for .Net Which is it? Does D2006 Win32 support operator overloading, or doesn't it? If so, anyone know which operators? Thanks very much. -Paul [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] ------------------------ Yahoo!
