I want to know is there migration issues with Graphics server while migrating
from delphi3 to delphi5?
or rather from delphi3 to delphi2005?
In my project ( built in delphi3), there is an activeX component used named
TGraphX.
now while migrating my project, from delphi3 to delphi5 (Win XP) ,
i am getting problems.
So i m thinking is that TGraphx Component somewhere referring vcl30 and might
i m getting error?
This component contains following files along with it:
Graph.Lic,GraphX32.ocx,GSWAG32.Dll,OC30.Dll,GSWDLL32.Dll,RegSvr32 Application
all in one folder along with delphi3 project.
Even after removed all 'vcl30' wherever i can locate, it gives a run time
error that,
"access violation in vcl30.dpl module".
Is this Graphic server that i m using as it is , in delphi5 refers to vcl30?
Please show me the way for solving this problem.
Should i use newer version of Graphics server that is suitable for Delphi5?
is there any problem lie with Windows API ?
Is there any alternative Component to TgraphX for delphi5?
etc. etc.
