Hi, if you're using run time packages then you need to deploy all of your run time packages as well as the packages they reference. I suggest you get Dependency Walker from http://www.dependencywalker.com/ and open your exe file with it. In the lower grid you will see a list of all the dll and bpl files your application (indirectly) uses. Go through this list and copy every bpl file listed there to your exe output dir. After that you should at least have all the needed packages.
