Hmm...so can you uninstall it and then install something else? As it
was pointed out on another mailing list, this is a stupid restriction
and I've been sort of holding back until:

1) The servers allow me to download.
2) I can figure out which one I want to install. I want to try all of
them, but if I can't uninstall one and install a different one, I'm not
sure which one I want to get stuck with (probably Turbo C++ because C++
is what I work with most). Borland is already causing people to decide
to not install _ANY_ of them with this restriction.

Borland should have just charged $10 to install all of them. Their
servers wouldn't be so swamped and there wouldn't be any restrictions on
what you could install. And the $10 would allow them to price Pro more
appropriately - say $50 for the collection (they ARE attempting to sell
nostalgia - it would be only appropriate to price the product
accordingly). And I can't tell if each Pro version is $500 individually
or collectively but it sounds like it is $500 for each individual
product. BUT, if you can't try all the products out, how will you know
which ones to buy? IMO, this is another disaster in the making. The
only remaining redeeming factor is probably going to be how good the
software is. So....:

What's your initial impression of Turbo Delphi Explorer (TUDE)? BTW, I
think that's a great acroynm - tude is short for 'attitude'...but only
if the product lives up to the nickname.
