Hello, I received no response through this group, so I later posted the question in a Topaz for Delphi group. (I used Topaz as the primary database engine). There I had only one response but it was the right one.
By turning off the User Control Account, the app runs just fine. I don't know what that did - but it worked. Only problem now (a minor one), is that the help system was written with the MS Help Compiler and Vista does not support the MS Help Compiler.
