Job Description:
- Provide technical leadership for the delivery team on any one of IT
Infrastructure Technology (Desktop / Windows / Unix / Network / DB)
- Responsible for first or second level escalation
- Identify and implement initiatives to improve the productivity of the team.
- Ensure that SLAs are met for the processes / areas owned
- Ensure Client satisfaction as per the laid down process / metrics Drive
compliance to internal and external processes / standards
- ITIL Process knowledge and experience would be added advantage
Eligibility:
Min 3+ years experience
Good communication skills
Academics: Any regular full time degree/diploma holder with consistent 60% in
all examinations
