Hello Gordon,

If you're developing for Linux then I'd suggest you look into Lazarus, 
which is an open source (and free) reimplementation of the Object Pascal 
language and development IDE.  See: http://www.lazarus.freepascal.org/

I'm obviously not suggesting it's a drop in replacement for your current 
project, but it is up to date and free (as in speech as well as being 
gratis), and natively targets Linux as well as Windows and Mac OS X.
