[delphi-en] How to Extract Media Files Header Information

Hi, 
Can anyone Suggest me a way to read the Header Information like 
Duration , Bitrate , frame rate etc from a media files 
I am is to extract the  header information from .flv,.swf , .wmv ,.avi 
files. Have anyone tried this using delphi 7
