sounds like you need to register the class. Use tregsrvr.exe in delphi|bin directory to register the com server you created. It's in help if you don't know how to use it. You should have read about this step in the DCOM server documentation too. Other things to watch for are your firewall settings and settings in MS Internet Server if you still have problems.
