I have a CGI application that is a Web Document server. Some of the PDF documents are very large. I would like to be able to extract a few pages of the PDF and send them to the client as a preview before the client commits to downloading the entire document. Does anyone know of a Free PDF library that can create a PDF document from pages extracted from another?
