Hi, This is my direct client opening for a Business Analyst, Chatsworth, CA - This is a Permanent position and the Salary Range is $50K to $70K DOE. Key responsibilities and duties include: Conduct Needs Assessment Analysis from existing SBUs Project manage CRM software implementation company-wide Manage day-to-day activities of software integrator: timeline, delivery and budget Prepare data gap analysis, star schema, and data collection strategy Analyze marketing data to deliver ROI across all SBUs Conduct internal training on CRM, data management, and report collection Manage internal and external customer lists Prepare lists for consumer, exhibitor and advertising solicitations Prepare post-show analyses for all trade shows CRM Software Implementation Collaborate and facilitate meetings with end users to obtain requirements and write requirements (Subscriptions, trade show registration, advertising sales, exhibit/sponsorship sales, mail house, newsletters Develop Needs Assessment Document Write Project Plan (including dependencies and timeline) Develop Process Flow modeling and documentation Interface and manage system integrator Liaison between IT Department and System Integrator Train end-user on application and enhancements Initiate queries to the databases Analyze results Participate in development of test conditions, beta testing, and maintenance.
