I've never used it but if it is a visual component then you also
need to set it's parent property when instantiating it manually like that.

Subject: TValueListEditor
I want to create and display an instance of a TValueListEditor at
run-time.
I have declared a variable, instantiated it with a nil owner, set a few
properties such as Top, Height etc.
I then enabled it and set Visible to true. Nothing happens. I don't
get an error but neither do I get a ValueListEditor.
What else do I need to do?
