This one is almost off topic but not quite. My question is fairly simple, and I'll repeat it here, followed by raisons to do so:
Question: "What email client do you use for the lists?" Raisons: 1) I'm using Outlook and I see most of you are using Outlook. I'm not happy with Outlook. 2) Outlook's quoting of messages on Reply is plain stupid. One needs to do a lot of hand editing of the reply in order to do an in-line reply. Outlook pretty much only likes top-posts. Unfortunately top-posting is not very good with technically-oriented lists as this one. 3) Outlook uses what I think is the wrong method for grouping messages into "conversations". For some raison it fails to group messages based on headers and it also fails to group them based on the subject line. 4) "Outlook QuoteFix" fails to work with Outlook 2003. This is at the root of my frustration as I learned to rely on this "fix" for all my replies. Since I switched to Outlook 2003 I haven't managed to do a single proper in-line reply of any kind! -- Looking for your input, Cosmin Prund __________________________________________________ Delphi-Talk mailing list -> [email protected] http://www.elists.org/mailman/listinfo/delphi-talk
