Cosmin, FastReports! Comes with a designer and can be used over the web (even for the rich report viewer). If the developer had put more time and resources into the product some years back he could have given Crystal a run for his money. It is still well maintained with regular releases and comes with its own server, designer and scripting language.
Some of its mannerisms are a little flaky, but you always find a way around them.
