Hi,
I have used the ExtLib Design-time form
http://www.torry.net/pages.php?id=327 in my opensource C++ Form Designer and
so far I don't have any regrets.

To see the extLib in action, have a look at
http://wxdsgn.sf.net
http://wxdsgn.sourceforge.net/images/screenshots/upxgui.png

I have used this component along with jvInspector (best for customizing the
user defined properties). Have a look at the source of wx-DevC++ to see how
the C++ properties are wrapped seamlessly using Delphi.

Even though the source is available for free, currently lmd is selling the
source updates.
