Why not go the whole way and back to comand line? <g> Browser based is 
pretty dire unless you use Flash but that's not the easiest. If your app 
makes use of multiple windows or string grids, it will be an interesting 
time (as in the old Chinese curse- may your life be interesting).

As well as Delphi I do php and C# (which is very much the new Delphi- wash 
my mouth out). The debugging tools for browser based apps aren't great 
compared to Delphi though C# looks promising for debugging. I'd drop php for 
C# if windows hosting wasn't so expensive compared to Linux.

You could use isapi (a delphi written dll - it runs in apache or IIS web 
servers). If you want to find out more about isapi- look at 
http://www.matlus.com/scripts/website.dll - It runs on isapi- the whole site 
is delphi powrered.
