Hi,
From the datapump help
file:
Use the Data Pump to move data (both
database schema and content) between databases. Both source and target can be
either a PC database or a SQL database server.
So I would be safe to say that you can leave it out. (I
did)

Subject: [DUG]: InstallShield Express - datapump.exe missingI'm setting up my first install routine for a Delphi 4 program using InstallShield Express. When I run the Disk Builder, I get an error message telling me that c:\program files\common\..\bde\datapump.exe cannot be found. I can't find this file on my computer, nor on the Delphi4 CD. Is it safe to remove this file from the installation, or is it needed?John MasonKingston Morrison
