Oh well, a simply workaround was to specify ANOTHER project 
on the delphi32 command line. Then it doesn't load the bad one. 
Now I just need to figure out why it is bad <g>.

Still interested to know WHERE it stores the "last project 
loaded" info, so I can just kill it next time.
