there is a component that will do this, but it also requires the free
Microsoft Speech engine and speech API ( I think they might be one in the
same)
But to get it to say 16.95 you would have to alter it to to "16 95" other
wise it would say "16 dot 95" or similar.
Search the DSP for speech and you will find the component, and it will also
tell you where to find the MS Speech engine too
