Some components in D4 will not run on Winframe NT 3.51

 

eg pop up calendars

QR preview forms

RTF

 

We are running a number of apps over Winframe and have used a trial and error approach..

Is NT 3.51 compatible with Delphi 4?, I get the impression the answer is no.
