I was wondering if any one knew how to pragmatically display a hint window at
an x/y co-ordinate on the screen?
I'm writing a custom component and want a fly-over hint to pop-up at different
places in the component (its a diagram tool and has pseudo-objects drawn in
it).
Does anyone know how to do this?
