Hi all,
I got the following error installing update pack 3 into Delphi 4:
_INS5176 caused an invalid page fault in
module WSOCK32.DLL at 015f:556090cc.
Something similar was also happening during the setup of Delphi on a new
PC. Turned out that the problem was Microsoft Proxy Client - I had to
remove it, install/upgrade Delphi, and reinstall MPC.
