Recall a thread called Twilight Zone Bug ? - It dealt with the problem of
the Date Time Properties dialog not closing down properly when a Delphi app was
running. Well it's happening again. An app on NT4 SP4 seems to be causing
exactly this behaviour - only thing to note is that it is an icon tray
app.
Any clues ?
