I never used LMD, but your problem seems incompatible of your Imdclass and
Imdconst. You need either the source code of Imdclass.pas or Imdclass.dcu
which built with right version of Imdconst.

I have just upgrade from v2 to v4 and am getting the following error when I
try to use a lmdfilectrl component.
[Fatal Error] Unit1.pas(7): Unit lmdclass was compiled with a different
version of lmdconst.IDS_INVALIDOWNER
Anyone run into this?
