I there anyway to have a service execute antoher file in the desktop shell?
We have an application that runs and pools a database and under certian
conditions kicks off programs. We need the error messages to show if there
is an error so we can know what happend and so the application can terminate
correctly.
Also instead of having our application pooling the database (Client
applications insert records for the server app), would it be better to have
a socket listening and the client talking to the socket. And if so how would
I do this (I don't know a lot about sockets)?
