HI all.
I have an external *.RES file that I am wanting to access.
I am NOT ness. wanting to use it in my Project, but rather wanting to get
access to some of the images inside.....BUt I want ot write this wee app,
rather than rely on the Image viewer thing that comes with Delphi......
Anyome know how I can do this ?
There is Prob. an API to do it, but just wondered if anyone can help me.
