goto http://www.undu.com   (unoficial Delphi News Letter), and search on
some of the articals there...THINK it might be in the tips and tricks
section, and I saw stuff on it quite a while ago, so you might have to
search a wee bit....

OR do a search on http://developers.href.com  and search the news groups,
this is a good resource, but UNDO.com also is good, look there first.

handle is passed on the command line to your screen saver app, which you
then attach to and run your screen saver in there.
