Look up DCC32.EXE and DCC32.CFG in the help.  DCC32.EXE is the Delphi
command line compiler, eg.

dcc32 /m /q project1.dpr

It's important to change DCC32.CFG to have the same library path you use
when compiling delphi interactively.
