We all know we can reduce the total size of your applications by building
them with runtime package (e.g. VCL50).
But a problem occurs when I build both EXE and DLL with runtime package, the
EXE application handle value is 0 while the EXE requires the DLL. Either of
them or both of them building without runtime package works perfect.
Anyone has idea why this could happen?
