If you have another control docked with the object inspector this happens,
it's fixed in D5.

I have noticed that after installing SP3 for Delphi 4, that I cant copy any
property values from the properties List for ANY Objects.
Has anyone else had this problem ?
I have recently upgraded my PC, but I STILL had this problem from time to
