Getting back on topic:
Given that someone had the right tools as below, is it a big deal to make a
DRVer to act like a Fax printer (I want to pass a file through to the
default mail program; I can easily take a file within Delphi and send it to
an email program, so the DRV would need to interface to that.
I want to File Print, and handle the print job just like a normal printer
(all the code is in Delphi to format and convert and attachment) the cludgy
part is the printer DRV.
Yea, I know, it is a big call, but just in case any of you know.

TOOLS for making a DRV ex Nic
The Windows DDK - comes with the SDK etc, or with beta versions of
pretty much any OS.
You also need VC++6 - it can't be done in Delphi, the linker just can't
handle it.
