Two methods.
1) When you first install the control Delphi will look for the .DCR file in
the same location as the .DCU or .PAS file.
2) You add it manually by going Component-Install Packages-(Select
Package)-Edit, right click in the Tree View, and select View Source. Then
add a rewference to the .DCR file such as {$R 'Addsuite.dcr'}
