Let me know what you want to do, I should be able to help. There are 2 of us
who have built a freeware player (soon with source) using the Xaudio dll
which is probably the lowest distortion one around.
If u are thinking of building yet another player, I would suggest to look at
WMA (MS Audio) as there are drivers for that, and not so many folks
implimenting it. It is better quality than MP3 for lower filesize.
