the RES:// thing is NOT a standard thing - its there so that whatever is
hosting the browser component (ie, IE5, HtmlHelp etc) can intercept
calls to the retreiving engine - its not a resource file of any kind.
you need to look up the IE embeded stuff in MSDN - its possible to do,
just not a lot of fun.
